So I’m digging the new 3g technology, it’s supposed to be coming out early this summer for iPhones, and other well known cell phone companies. 3g stands for third generation. Most cell phones now are still using 2g technology.3g is a high speed wireless service, that is operable on all popular modes of communication, such as cell phones, computers, fax machines, and video conferencing.

Monday, April 21st, 2008

Skype is now offering unlimited calling service for the U.S., Canada, and 34 other countries. This new service is offered for landlines and cell phones in US and Canada for about $3 a month. As for calling the other 34 countries, their plan offers unlimited international calls for a whopping $10 a month!

Earlier this month, there was talk about Ebay selling Skype due to the problems they were having generating income from this well known free communications site. But Skype’s new chief executive stepped right in and came up with this new plan, brushing off all other rumors about selling, and fixing the problem instead.
