DRM-free music

Amazon has announced that they will be selling DRM-free mp3’s for the same price or less then major competitors (Apple) are selling their mp3’s that are under the stiff restrictions of DRM. I purchased all of my songs from Itunes up to this point because of it’s convenience and the fact that I have several Ipods and an Iphone. But the restrictions on these songs are so annoying. It’s irritating that they tell me how and on what devises I can listen to my songs.

There’s no reason to stick with Itunes just out of loyalty. I given them enough money for my mp3 players and computers. If they can’t match what Amazon is planning I will be purchasing all of my songs through Amazon from here on out.
